It's official

We're having a baby BOY! We had our ultrasound this morning, and it was for sure, no doubt about it, a boy. We are excited and Tessa seems like she's cool with it too! I was going to post all the pictures from the ultrasound, but there are 60, so here's the two that I decided on...

This is his little face. I know, he's adorable, right? Crazy...we make good kids.That's his little thing. You don't really need the arrow to show you, because it's such a dominant feature in the picture. Alex was proud of that...

So I believe we are still set on July 10th as the due date, but the ultrasound technician said she measured it as July 7th. So we'll see...

The Flu

So this week our family was lucky enough to all be hit by a flu bug. It was gross. But also funny, because Tessa made it funny. She got sick first, so she was better first, so yesterday when Alex and I didn't feel good, she was sort of taking care of us. She would go to the fridge and get drinks for us, and then she would entertain us. So a few weeks ago we bought her some Valentines to give to her friends and she decided yesterday to color on them and everything so they would be ready to go when Valentine's Day comes around. She discovered that in her Phineas and Ferb Valentines cards they supplied you with like a bazillion heart stickers, which she decided to use for something else entirely.

Alex really didn't feel good, so he just lied around while this was happening to him. She put them everywhere-and he didn't realize that it had fused his eyes half shut....

So great. The flu really brings the family together.
